Cancellation Policy
We understand the daily life is busy and you may have to cancel or reschedule the appointment due to unexpected reasons. So we do NOT charge the cancellation fee at the stage. However, a 24 hours prior cancellation notice via email (info@hope-tcm.com) or phone call (9890 9268) will be really helpful as we could re-allocate the time slot to other patients who may need a urgent treatment.
